All of the designs come in four standard sizes. 18″ x 36″, 18″ x 45″, 30″x 60″, and 30″ x 84″. Each banner comes with our unique double-lined rod pocket and double-folded side hems. Solid brass grommets are placed in all four corners for added durability.
Stock and custom acrylic screen print banner designs are printed on 100% marine acrylic fabric and carry a warranty of (3) THREE FULL YEARS. Banners must be installed according to instructions on FibreFlex bracketing system and/or approved bracketing system.
You can also imprint or personalize some of our stock banners where space allows.
100% solution dyed acrylic is our most recommended and used fabric. 100% acrylic has exceptional color brilliance, luxurious finish and fade resistance because it originates from colored acrylic fibers that are spun into yarn and then woven into fabric. The result is a superior fabric of exceptional durability and color brilliance that is warranted for five years to remain serviceable, and will not fade, rot or mildew.
Note: Fabrics manufactured from polyester, cotton, or a mix of other yarns, begin as a gray-colored cloth that is top-coated with the desired color for the fabric. It is then further top coated to give a degree of color resistance. Over time the top coatings will deteriorate and result in a loss of color and resistance to the elements.
Specially formulated thermal inks are printed and fused into our acrylic banner fabrics with a proprietary high-temperature process, and remain pliable and colorfast through the lifetime of the banner. The combination of fused thermal inks and 100% acrylic fabric give exceptional serviceability and value to our banners.
